#4 Making Mornings Healthy:
Is it really about what fitness steps to take, how much green juice in the morning & “required” glasses of water?
Truth of the matter, is many of us do not know what works best for our bodies. If we are truly unique, so will be the needs of our body to stay healthy be also unique: whether it’s yoga vs kick boxing in the morning, combination of protein or combination of juices, whether it’s waking at 5am or 6.15am.
How self-aware about what works for us best, not what seems to be prescribed on the internet? How sensitive are we to what our body tells us it needs? Have we tried and experienced it, instead of reasoning away an avalanche of health articles?
Perhaps it’s that simple, have you listen to what you (not others) actually need to be healthy? Why not?
