This grew out of a series to be posted on a board. It served as a reminder for me to intentionally create the mornings I want, in many different ways and being.
#2 Making Mornings Simple:
I’ve always been intrigued by the power of simplicity. A few key moments can shift the mornings dramatically. A few key changes can shift your power to create dramatically.
So a lot of my mornings was an exercise to come back to simplicity. To force me to look at only what matters and strip out the rest.
15 minutes earlier to slot in a nature walk. Remove the midnight snack so I get more rest earlier. Turn down the gossip time so I get more focus on meeting my work schedules and leaving the office earlier.
So this morning, come back to simplicity.
